This website and the applications listed on it are developed and published by 7GoaTech (“7GoaTech”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information collected by this website

You can browse this website without creating an account or telling us who you are.

• No advertising or analytics trackers. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or third-party tracking scripts.
• Server logs. Like most websites, the servers that host this site automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• Theme preference. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser's storage so it is remembered. It is never sent to us. See our cookie information.

3. When you contact us

If you email us or use our contact form, we receive the details you provide — usually your name, email address and message, plus the topic and product you select. We use this information only to respond to you, provide support and improve our products. We do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

4. Our applications

Each 7GoaTech application is designed to use only the information it needs. Product-specific details are below. Where an application is distributed through an app store, the store operator's own privacy policy also applies to your use of that store.

ScanTopUp

ScanTopUp asks for camera permission only so it can read the PIN printed on a scratch card. Text recognition runs on your device using Google ML Kit, provided through Google Play services. Saved PINs, recharge history and settings are stored on your device. ScanTopUp has no user accounts and does not send your scanned PINs or recharge history to 7GoaTech.

KaFlashFlash

KaFlashFlash does not collect, store, share or sell personal data. It runs locally on your device, does not send data to 7GoaTech, and does not include third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and email (such as our hosting provider), where required by law, or where necessary to protect the security and integrity of our services.

6. Retention and security

We keep messages and support correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and keep reasonable records, and then delete them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond in line with the law that applies to you.
